Infrastructure project to bring Gov. Quinn to Peru

          A major infrastructure project has Governor Pat Quinn making an appearance at the Illinois Valley Regional Airport in Peru.  Quinn is holding a press conference at 12:30pm Saturday.

          He hasn’t said what the project will be only that it would create jobs.
