Home Prices Jump across Illinois Valley in October

While it’s not traditional you could go black Friday shopping for a house.

The median sales price of a home sold last month in La Salle County was $122,000.  That’s a 40 percent jump from the median sales price of sold homes in October of 2015.

In Bureau County, the median sales price in October was $105,000.  That’s 35 percent higher than October of 2015.

In Putnam County October’s median sales price was $118,000, almost a 50 percent jump from the year before.
