Posted by wlpo on October 14, 2016

A suspected heroin dealer from Oglesby was set up and arrested not far from the Peru Public Library.

Thirty-nine-year-old Barbara King, aka Barbara Konczak was arrested Thursday afternoon on two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. She was arrested after allegedly selling heroin in La Salle on three separate occasions.

King was hauled off to the county jail needing $50,000 to bond out. Investigators say she is tied in with James McSpadden of La Salle who was arrested earlier this week for allegedly dealing heroin in the Illinois Valley.
