Ottawa Man in Court Again, Faces A Resisting Peace Officer Charge
Posted by wlpo on September 3, 2016
An Ottawa man was in court Friday looking a bit different than when police saw him last.
Twenty-two year old Jacob Reimann had been arrested for allegedly resisting a peace officer. The charges came from earlier in the week when Ottawa police were called to a disturbance in a hotel lobby involving a man who was dressed like a woman and harassing customers.
It’s not Reimann’s first brush with the law this year. Back in February he had been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to drivers near the intersection of State and Moore Streets in the city. At the time of his arrest then, he was on parole for aggravated battery.
He remains in custody where his bond has been set at $7,500. He’s due back in court October 7th.
