A Seneca man is in jail after creating some tense moments by allegedly firing a gun inside a home.
Just before 5:30 Wednesday afternoon, a 9-1-1 call went out about “shots fired” inside of a house on North Main Street. Twenty-eight-year-old Jeremy Hahn of Seneca allegedly fired a couple rounds into the wall of his home without hitting anyone because he was upset with his girlfriend. Hahn initially left the house but was talked into coming back by police.
He’s now in the La Salle County Jail facing charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm and not having a valid FOID card.
