Modest voter turnout expected despite presidential politics

Will the presidential race energize the Illinois Valley enough to have a high voter turnout?
La Salle County Clerk JoAnne Caretto is staying conservative thinking the turnout could be between 25 to 30 percent. The voter turnout for the March 2012 presidential primary was 20 percent.
Polls open statewide tomorrow at 6 in the morning and stay open until 7 in the evening.
