Ottawa Woman Arrested for the Second Time on Crack Charge
Posted by wlpo on March 7, 2016
Old habits are hard to break, and an Ottawa woman is learning that lesson the hard way.
Police from Peru and Ottawa worked together Friday to arrest Cheryl Miller, who is accused of smoking crack in her home.
This wasn’t the first time Miller’s alleged habit resulted in a run-in with the cops. She plead guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance back in August, and faces the same charge once again.
She was taken to the LaSalle County Jail and needs $1,500 to get out.
