Ottawa police looking to ID man

Posted by wlpo on November 28, 2015

Ottawa Police are following what Peru police do when they need to identify a suspect on security cameras. They take a picture, post it on Facebook and let you do some detective work. Police have a good clear picture of a man in a red “Under Armour” sweatshirt with a baseball style type cap leaving an Ottawa business after a retail theft.

It’s believed this person may be responsible for the crime or have information. If you can identify this person, you’re asked to call Ottawa Police. The picture is up on all of our stations’s facebook pages.

Posted by wlpo on November 28, 2015

Marijuana-friendly doctors in states with similar medical cannabis laws face starkly different treatment by government regulators. Illinois takes a tough approach. Dr. Bodo Schneider may get his license revoked in a medical board case getting underway Tuesday. He’s the third Illinois physician to face punishment related to medical marijuana in a state where legal sales started this month.

On the other hand, New Jersey has taken no disciplinary action against any doctors related to medical marijuana since sales started 3 years ago. Not even against one gynecologist who markets himself on a “DrMarijuanaNJ.com” website.
