Another successful Signature Chefs Auction in the books

Here’s another reason to be proud that you call the Illinois Valley home.

Over $133,000 was raised at Thursday night’s 15th Annual Signature Chefs Auction at Celebrations 150 in La Salle. The total exceeded the fundraising goal of organizers.

Several restaurants from the Illinois Valley showcased their goods while the crowd bid on items as part of silent and live auctions. Money raised goes to the March of Dimes and their continued goal of improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
