Dalzell felon accused of having a weapon and trying to break into a garage

In light of all the recent burglaries, always keep an eye out and lock your garage. A Dalzell man was arrested Saturday afternoon for allegedly trying to get in someone else’s garage.

La Salle Police arrested Mark Schreiber for criminal damage to property along with possession of a weapon by a felon. He’s also accused of having some drug paraphernalia.

Schreiber was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
