An Ottawa woman who was out on parole just a few weeks ago has found herself back in trouble again.
Allison Spaulding was charged Monday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (heroin) with intent to deliver. She was arrested at her home in the 1400 block of Boyce Memorial Drive by Ottawa Police and the Illinois Department of Corrections Parole Division.
Spaulding had been released on parole from the Illinois Department of Corrections on July 2nd.
She was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
