Streator grad’s name is called in the MLB Draft

A Streator High School graduate has been drafted by a Major League Baseball team.
Class of 2012 alum Ryan Nagle was picked yesterday by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 27th Round of the baseball draft. Nagle starred this past season with the University of Illinois.
Since he’s only a junior, Nagle could choose to come back and play at U of I for another year before turning pro.
