Run/Walk will raise awareness to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome

Posted by wlpo on September 30, 2014

Thanks to modern medicine and education, babies have a strong chance of survival, but Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or SIDS, continues to end young lives.

Ashley and Andrew Lamps lost their son, Aden, to SIDS in 2013. Now they’ve created the Aden Lamps Foundation for raise awareness. They’re holding a run-walk at 9:30am Saturday at Hall High School. Registration is from 7:30-9:30am. Registration is $25 for adults and $20 for children. A children’s fun run will follow the race.

Learn more about the Aden Lamps Foundation by listening to an interview that’s available at the Classic Hits 103.9 WLPO news page.
