Two 12-year-olds accused of slashing several tires in Ottawa

Is there anything more frustrating than going out to your car and seeing that its been vandalized?
Two 12-year-old boys in Ottawa were arrested last week for allegedly slashing tires of cars on the west side of town. Each boy is facing six counts of criminal damage to property.
The kids were released with juvenile referrals.
