Posted by wlpo on July 5, 2014

A man accused of two murders including one at the Interstate 39 rest area near Paw Paw has been captured.

36-year-old Terence Doddy was arrested just before noon Friday in Beloit, Wisconsin. He allegedly led police on a 25-minute chase.

Doddy is suspected in killing 44-year-old Tonya Bargman of Monticello at the southbound rest area Tuesday near Paw Paw. The day before he allegedly killed his co-worker 37-year-old Todd Hansmeier of Rockford at their job site in Rockford.

Troopers says Doddy was driving Bargman’s car when the chase began yesterday. He was caught after losing control and crashing into trees after driving over stop sticks.
