Ottawa power customers should disregard cancellation letters

You don’t owe $50 to Integrys Energy Services even if you received a letter stating otherwise. Cancellation letters were erroneously sent to approximately 350 Ottawa power customers about the city’s electric aggregation program. In it, customers were asked to pay a $50 cancellation fee.
Ottawa City Clerk Shelly Munks began receiving calls about the letters Thursday. She says the letters were an error and you can disregard them.
