Music lineup announced for Ottawa’s Wine and Jazz Festival

A blues man who has played with Eric Clapton and the Black Crowes will be at this year’s Ottawa 2 Rivers Wine and Jazz Fest.

Brother John out of Chicago will headline the first night of the June 6th thru the 8th festival along Ottawa’s riverfront. Saturday’s featured performer is back from last year, the Steven Hawk Orchestra. Hawk is a Grammy-award winning trumpet player and grew up in Ottawa.

Chicago-based bluesman Anthony Gomes will close out the festival June 8th. Gomes has performed across the globe and has played with Chuck Berry and BB King.

Besides blues and jazz, the Ottawa festival will also have feature over 20 wineries.
