Posted by wlpo on November 3, 2013

An Oglesby man has been sentenced for making on-line bomb threats against a trucking company on the day of the Boston Marathon bombing. Randy Termini has been sentenced to 13 months in federal prison after threatening the Con-Way Trucking Company causing the LaSalle facility to be evacuated and diverting several trucks. No bomb was found. Termini was sentenced Thursday in Detroit and must pay $46 thousand dollars to Con-Way for the false alarm. The government says Termini has a history of making threats and served five months in prison in 1999.
