Republican wins close circuit clerk race in Bureau County

The race for Bureau County Circuit Clerk was determined by less than 100 votes as Republican Mary Romanelli Drema beat Democrat Dawn Reglin.

In the race for Bureau County States Attorney, longtime States Attorney Pat Hermann, a democrat, beat his republican challenger Desiree Sirens with 58% of the vote.

For the first time ever, Coroner Janice Wamhoff had to run for office.  She beat Republican Randy Grant with 69% of the vote.
