Activities planned for Spring Valley’s National Night Out

Posted by wlpo on August 6, 2012

It’ll be another hot summer day but families in Spring Valley will be able to cool down with free swimming and hot dogs Tuesday night.  Spring Valley is one of many communities participating in the National Night Out, an evening designed to discourage crime.

There will be free swimming at the city pool from 5-7pm, followed by hot dogs and chips.  At Kirby Park the police will have their dog at the baseball diamond and a bounce house will be set up.

If you don’t have kids to take, stay home and leave your porch light on to show your support.
