The elderly man who crashed into the Peru Swimming Pool won’t face any charges.

Peru Police say after investigating, no charges are warranted against 70-year old Bradford Eustice of Peru.  Investigators believe Eustice for whatever reason was going east on 10th Street when he lost control of his car and traveled thru a baseball field fence.  He continued on through the outfield and through another fence before crashing into the pool fence and finally stopping inside the empty pool.

Eustice was taken to Illinois Valley Community Hospital.

Are Peru Police targeting people with animal last names or is just coincidence that guys named Duck and Fish were arrested a few hours apart for drugs?
