Business located in former Westclox planning to reopen

Posted by wlpo on January 7, 2012

A close call with fire hasn’t put a local photographer out of business, just left them with major clean up.

Andrea McConville and her husband Phil own and operate the McConville Studio in the front building at Westclox.  McConville says they are grateful that they were left with minimal smoke damage.

Family members were able to retrieve hard drives and important items from the studio Sunday while the two were out of town.  She’s hoping they’ll reopen next week once the building is cleaned and the power restored.  She remains optimistic, and says she’s excited to see what may end up coming out of the tragedy.
