A delinquent tax bill sale that was scheduled for November but was delayed because of a software installation has been rescheduled for Valentine’s Day in La Salle County.
County Treasurer Don Lamps says certified letters to delinquent payers will be sent out January 5. Publication in local newspapers will be the week of January 16. Application for judgment for authority to sell the delinquent tax bills is docketed for February 3.
Sale of delinquent tax bills will be February 14 at 9am in the La Salle County Board Room.
