It’s supposed to be good will to men…but there are contrary examples. A homeless man wrongly entered a Peru home Friday night and became violent while inside. 22-year old Theodore Piano was charged by Peru police with home invasion, battery, aggravated battery, criminal trespass to a residence and obstructing and resisting police. Piano was taken to the county jail. Wal-Mart pressed charges against an Ottawa man Friday afternoon after he attempted to steal some items. 48-year old Ivon Robinson was charged with Class 4 Felony retail theft and obstructing identification. He went to the county jail.
