Accused Ohio Bank Robber Held Without Bail

Not every family is willing to cover up an alleged crime of a relative.

When Brian Gallagher of Ohio showed up in federal court facing charges that he robbed Citizen’s First State Bank of Ohio, it came out that his family tipped police off to where he was.  They told police he was an unemployed heroin addict.

Investigators think Gallagher robbed the bank of nearly eight thousand dollars to feed his drug habit.  When he was arrested October 12^th, four other people were arrested in the same house for drugs.

Gallagher’s case is being handled by the U.S. District Court in Peoria.  He’s being held without bail.
