Woman taken to hospital and ticketed following crash

A crash north of Sheridan sent a woman to the hospital.

Police say that Mark Stanek of Serena was heading south when Karen Thomas of Earlville pulled out in front of him Friday.  Thomas was taken to Valley West Hospital in Sandwich and was ticketed for failing to yield and driving without insurance.
