Fundraiser To Benefit Marseilles Veteran’s Wall
Posted by wlpo on April 30, 2011
A pig roast and raffle today will help remember soldiers killed in the Middle East.
Fat Daddy’s Bar and Grill in Seneca is hosting the roast with proceeds going towards a new touch-screen kiosk at the Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial in Marseilles. The screen will have a directory making it easier to find soldiers on the wall. Illinois Valley Cellular would provide internet to the kiosk.
City officials think it’ll cost 20 thousand dollars.
