A 12-year old boy is in good condition after removal from one of three vehicles that collided Saturday afternoon at Route 251 and Unytite Drive in Peru. Peru police say Katrina Arnold was turning East into Peru Marketplace from southbound Rt 251. While turning, her Buick Regal was struck on the passenger side by a northbound cadillac driven by Kevin Chandler. The impact spun Arnold’s Buick in a westbound direction. It’s rear struck a Dodge Ram driven by Ashley Alejandro who was facing westbound exiting Peru Marketplace. The 12-year old boy, not identified, was a passenger in Arnold’s car. The boy is in IVCH. All drivers and other passengers refused medical treatment. Katrina Arnold was ticketed for Failure to Yield turning left. The hometowns of the drivers were not listed.
