Pair indicted, accused of breaking into La Salle store

Posted by wlpo on December 22, 2010

One of the men accused of breaking into a liquor store in La Salle could be spending Christmas in jail.

Justin Evans was still being held in the La Salle County Jail when he was indicted Tuesday for burglary.  Investigators say they found Evans and Russell Houston of La Salle burglarizing the 351 Mini Mart.

Officers say they found them inside of the store after closing hours last week.  Houston was indicted yesterday for burglary and possession of burglary tools.  He’s free after posting bond.
