Republicans to chose Dahl’s senate replacement today

The next State Senator for the district in La Salle and parts of surrounding counties will be chosen Saturday. Gary Dahl stepped down from the 38th District seat Friday.
Republican Committee Chairmen are meeting today to interview the people who would like to be appointed to fill the remaining two years in Dahl’s term.
