Two arrested for allegedly selling prescription pills

Someone working undercover with the Ottawa Police Department has left two people facing felony drug charges.

Investigators say they arrested Blair Lavoy of Ottawa and Melissa Penoyer of Marseilles Monday after the pair sold a prescription pain reliever to someone working with the police.

They’re charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
