Dirt Moving For New Water Tower

Construction started yesterday on a new west end water tower in Ottawa.
The 500 thousand gallon tower is going up along the border of Ottawa and Naplate on land owned by Pilkington Glass. Pilkington is donating the land and in return will be the biggest beneficiary of the new tower. The tower will cost around one and a half million dollars.
The tower’s expected to be done by next July.
