Jansz chosen to become Thirteenth Judicial Circuit judge

Posted by wlpo on September 29, 2010

A judge opening in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit is being filled by a former Assistant States Attorney.  Michael Jansz has been chosen to replace the retiring Associate Judge James Brusatte.

Jansz was an Assistant States Attorney in La Salle County from 1988 to 1990.  Currently, he’s a partner at the law office of Herbolsheimer, Lannon, Henson, Duncan, and Reagan.

Jansz will be sworn in on October 18 by Chief Judge James Lanuti at the La Salle County Court House.
