The layoff news came down yesterday. The call center was among the areas seeing layoffs. Employees are expected to receive severance pay.
California auto parts company U.S. Auto Parts recently bought Whitney Automotive Group, the parent company of J.C. Whitney for 27.5 million dollars. U.S. Auto Parts expects the integration of the companies to be finished next year.
