Design Unveiled For New IVCC Building

It’s one thing to keep hearing about a new building, it’s another thing to finally see it.

Architects last night showed the first pictures of what a 25 million dollar Community Technology Center could look like from the outside.  Architects showed designs to the IVCC Board of Trustees last night with a power point presentation.  Architect Dominic Demonica says the 77 thousand square foot building may end up 12 hundred square feet larger than previously planned by the board, but he promised the extra cost to be minimal.

Demonica says the technology center provides a “massive front door” to the campus.  Its east entrance is around 50 feet from the new parking lot.
