Man robs La Salle Casey’s

Another armed robbery for the Illinois Valley.  Police in La Salle are looking for a man that held-up the Casey’s General Store on Route 6 at about 10:45pm Friday.
Police say the man was wearing a green jacket, gray mask and hood and pointed a handgun at the employee and demanded money.  He left on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police in Spring Valley continue to look a man who took drugs from Thompson’s Drug at knife-point late Friday morning.
