Man arrested twice in one day in Streator

A man in Streator apparently kept police busy Friday.  Officers went to an apartment on Park Street twice Friday, both times arresting Taurvis Coleman of Streator.

The first time was in the early morning hours for trespassing.  He was released with a court date.

Later that afternoon police were back and Coleman was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting police, and criminal damage to property.  He was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
