Princeton Man Allegedly Sold Cocaine By School

Posted by wlpo on September 12, 2009

A man wanted in Bureau County for drugs was caught yesterday in Chicago.

Cook County officials arrested Charles Thomas on a Bureau County Warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. The substance is allegedly cocaine.

TRIDENT officials notified the state that they were looking for Thomas after searching his home in Princeton recently. Thomas wasn’t home at the time.

Thomas will be brought back to Bureau County to face the cocaine charge. Investigators say the charge could be made worse for the fact that Thomas reportedly dealt cocaine within a thousand feet of a school.
