Marijuana Farm In Earlville

Posted by wlpo on September 8, 2009

When executing a search warrant Friday at the home of Gergorio Vasquez and Gregorio Cano, investigators say they found 199 cannabis plants growing in many different areas of the property. Officials think the plants were somewhere else and then transplanted to different areas of the Earlville home. Vasquez and Cano allegedly tried to say the plants were growing wild.

Besides the drugs, investigators say they also found several guns at the home. The house is at 832 North 46th Road in Earlville.

Vasquez and Cano were charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.
