Station Employee On Scene Of Museum Shooting
Posted by wlpo on June 10, 2009
WLPO/WAJK/WKOT Sales Manager Mark Lippert was at the U.S. Holocaust Museum when he heard several loud pops and saw several schoolchildren running toward him.
Lippert says he saw three of the children running with horrified looks on their faces. He said when he saw those kid’s faces, he knew someone had been shot. Lippert said the top priority then was finding an emergency exit from the museum.
Police say at least two people were shot at the museum in Washington, D.C. One is alleged to be the shooter and the other a security guard.
